Ownership
We are locally owned and always have been. Even more, we only manage what we own. When you live with us, you live in one of our family-owned units.

That's a over-used word, but we work constantly to fit the definition. Our staff is dedicated to finding you the perfect apartment and making sure that you live there comfortably. Both our office staff and our maintenance team are dedicated to providing you with a level of service that is unparalleled.

We have the buildings that you want to live in. We have the best located buildings on campus and in downtown Champaign, the coolest lofts, and those classic turn-of-the century buildings that are unmatched in character.
