1.  Ownership.   We are locally owned and always have been.  Even more, we only manage what we own.  When you live with us, you live in one of our family owned units.  Not some guy from Alabama that bought an apartment for a tax break.   

 

2.  Service.  That's a overused word, but we back it up with numbers.  Check us out with any of the watch groups and you won't find any problems.  We over-staff for maintenance.  Ask your current landlord how many maintenance staff they have.  Most property management companies have 1 maintenance staff person for every 100 or 200 units they manage.  We have 1 full time maintenance person for about every 50 units.  When you have something that needs to be fixed, who do you think gets there first?  

 

3.  Selection.  We have got the buildings that you want to live in.  Nobody compares with the selection we offer.  We have the best located buildings, the coolest lofts,and those classic turn of the century buildings that are unmatched in character.  

 

4. Value.  We recognize that everyone is looking for value, especially in today's environment.  Our rents are among the most competitive in town.  We didn't just get into the real estate game through some leveraged buyout.  We have owned most of our building for a long time and so don't have to overcharge tenants to please our shareholders.  It's family.
